Bike Powered Activities for Hire

At PeachyKeen we specialise in bike powered activities for hire throughout Scotland and beyond! Some of our most popular activities are our transport themed. Watch a train race around the track, a bike around a velodrom or a model spitfire take flight! We use your energy to generate electricity! Pedal as fast as you can or take an easy ‘Sunday cycle.’

The PeachyKeen Express

All aboard this fantastic activity where human energy is captured to power the Peachy Keen Express as it travels around its tracks.

Inspired by the immortal Flying Scotsman. Our model railway can be connected with either our PeachyKeen handcrank or PeachyKeen Pods to generate the energy.

Our standard set up begins with a simple oval track. However we have the facility to create custom tracks to suit your space and objectives.

We can even customise objects and signage to add your own branding.

Tour De PeachyKeen

This activity was inspired by the phenomenal success of Bradley Wiggins and the British cycling team. Replicate the incredible atmosphere they created in the 2012 Olympic velodrome at your own event!

In this event, one participant powers the track whilst two participants race the bikes around the track – fantastic for MAMILs (middle aged man in lycra) however lycra is not essential!

Great for cycling and sporting events where competition is the name of the game.

Round the Pole flying Spitfire

Inspired by Captain Francis S. Gabreski “Gabby”, USAAF who flew his Mk.IX Supermarine Spitfire for the Royal Airforce in 1943.

Our model zooms around a pole that can be varied in height and is powered directly by a PeachyKeen Pedal Pod or Hand Crank. Flown within the confines of the PeachyKeen gazebo, additional led lighting can be added to act as an illuminating safety barrier.

Great for transport themed events, this activity is sure to get your head into the clouds while your feet remain on the pedals…!!!

  • “We would like to say a big thank you to the PeachyKeen team who visited us twice in a week. As part of our Wellbeing agenda, we had the Scalextrix Bikes to both of our sites in Bellshill and have to say a great time was had by all. It didn’t matter about fitness level or skills – this was an activity everyone could get involved in and the competition was fierce ! The team were really organised, friendly and encouraged our employees to give it a go and we will certainly be calling on them again for fun, different activities we can offer in the workplace. Thank you again from the Muller Dairy and Blowmoulding sites. “

  • "My company booked the PeachyKeen smoothie bikes for a Wellbeing event we were hosting in May. From start to finish, Joa was extremely friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries I had as well as providing helpful information about the bikes which we used to promote on our internal channels. The event itself was a great success – my colleagues absolutely loved the bikes, and the smoothies were delicious (we had lots of people going back for seconds, and thirds!). We also had some special requests on the day, and PeachyKeen were extremely accommodating and nothing was a hassle for them. Overall, a really great experience and would 100% recommend if you are looking for a fun (and healthy!) activity for any event you’re hosting." Eve Robertson, Modulr Finance
